my best friend is a body modification expert (im not sure what the official title is), but he does this stuff all the time.its very beautiful.thought, you better have a high tolerance for pain if you get the big or intricate designs done

Honestly, I think its cool, I would love to do that. BUT, theres NO way of removing some of those. And when your 60 years old that geisha on your leg will look that old as well.
